"Merseyside's chart-topping Beatles will head a novel "all-Merseyside" ballroom package show this spring. The "Liverpoplians," all handled by Beatles' manager Brian Epstein, include new Columbia signings Gerry and the Pacemakers and Decca's the Big Three.

Under the title "Merseybeat Showcase," it will play major ballrooms from next Thursday (opening at Nottingham Elizabethan) until the end of June.

Further dates are Stoke Kings Hall (April 19), Finsbury Park Majestic (24th), and Nelson Imperial (May 11). Seven more dates follow in June."
